Fredrik Holmgren

My name is Fredrik. I’m a creative, adaptive and team oriented audio programmer working in the game development industry. I take pride in my work and strive to write optimized code with the goal of making a fun and exciting experience for people to enjoy. My passions in the game development industry are audio development, design and coding. I love a good challenge as it gives me the opportunity to learn and grow while working with what I love.

Over the years I’ve had the pleasure to learn a few useful tools of the trade such as:

  • Programming languages: C/C++, C#, Lua, Python

  • Version Control Software: Perforce, Github, Collab, GitKraken

  • Project Management Tools: Hansoft, itslearning, Github, Jira

  • Software: Visual Studio, Rider, Photoshop, Sublime Editor, DOTween, Rewired, Bayat, Reaper, FMOD and Wwise.

  • Engines: Unreal Engine 4, Unreal Engine 5, Unity3D, SDL

  • Networking Frameworks: UNet, Mirror, Photon

  • Sound: FMOD, WWise, Reaper

Besides programming and game development I like to play video games, build computers, travel, go to concerts, cars, cook and brew my own ale when time allows it.
